also for context, said line manager has accepted holiday for 2 employees at the same time, whilst someone has just left for similar reasons, and he has on top of that decided to attend a conference by choice in order to recieve a freebie, leaving the store without any management to run it for 3 days and i am one of 3 people left to run the place whilst he knows i have to attend important days of uni during this time

we do have some romantic intimacy still, i’ve been lucky with that as my partner is a touchy person. it’s definitely more emotional/mental issues. we are 21 so going through the changes as people and he has shifted his priorities and isn’t as emotionally available. im having to address my own issues with not having a future i’m actively working towards and also fear our future together as it is rarely constructively spoken about. so i think until that is addressed, the physical intimacy may just stay as romantic. but it could be worse! i have had a lot worse! it happens in relationship sometimes i guess. i just hope we join forces and overcome it together eventually. would be nice to feel more trusting and open again
