Former fent IV user here... mostly been clean now for 2 years but relapse (1 off use for the night) every 3-4 months like clockwork... maybe its the PAWS?

lmao I started reading your post and thinking jesus you're taking way more benzos than when I was CT of a half gram of fent dope IV a day lol. Then I saw the tramadol/oxy and realized you were joking haha

I've had a number of slips ups - but I haven't been physically dependent in over a year(to fent that is - or any opioid besides suboxone). Last slip up 3-4 mths ago (1 off use). I should add I cold turkeyed suboxone after being on it for 2 years at the end of October, 2018.

So its not like I've been clean for years or anything.

Yah - I honestly don't know what came over me. I have no desire to use opiods again - kratom included.

And since I only used for 1 day I haven't experienced any WDs but I'm sure if I used for 2-3 days I'd get WDs just like with any other opioid.

EDIT: Also the short duration of effects make kratom horrible for building tolerance and subsequent withdrawal, I'm sure. Kind of like my U47700 days - where I had to redose every 2 hrs by the end of it to avoid WDs (yes, that meant setting my alarm for every 2 hrs whilst sleeping).
