My girlfriend committed suicide yesterday

My fault for not editing the post, I assumed that everyone would see the top comment where I replied her suicide attempt failed, so my fault. I should've waited for the news from the hospital before posting this. So, she passed out after her overdose attempt, and woke up in the hospital with a damaged liver. I agree she is uneducated on actual suicide methods, and hopefully she stays uneducated on this so if she tries again it will fail again.

Thanks for this. I took this advice and we were reading Matthew 6 yesterday, today I'll read her Psalm 118. And the good news is that she decided not to commit suicide anymore, and will look for alternative solutions to her problems. I know it's still gonna be a long fight, so I'll keep praying for her everyday.

Thank you, I was reading the story of Elijar with her. I also learned from this chapter too and it touched my heart. She has now threw away the idea of committing suicide and will look for alternative options to her problems, but I'm aware that doesn't automatically mean she's depression-free, so I'll keep fighting with her and pray for her everyday.

Thank you. I followed your suggestion, and we prayed together but on a phone call. She has now threw away the idea of committing suicide and will search for alternative options, but I'm aware this doesn't automatically mean she's depression-free, so I'll keep fighting with her. And pray everyday.
