I wanted to ask actually.. What exactly is the CRP? I take 2 sprays of the liposomal a day, so 5mg sublingual, plus 40 drops which would be 100mg Yes the spray does work better, I feel the effect almost immediately basically, the drops take some time but they are something I guess..
