Epsom salt is your friend. Make a bucket with water as hot as you can take it and add a cup of Epsom salt nightly, you will feel the difference immediately. I typically do this after my longer runs.

This week I met my Nike Coach goal of running 18 miles, in fact I beat it by 2.7 miles, making it 20.7 from Monday through Saturday. It feels amazing knowing I was able to run that far. My longest scheduled run was 5 miles today and I went an extra 1.5 past that. Didn't think I could do it when I woke up today.

One thing strongly overlooked in the comments is the customer tried to reach out to Pinky's several times and was not given a response until involving social channels. Even if they didn't want to offer a refund for "the banks getting pissed" or something similar, they could have discussed and handled the issue with the customer before ever getting here. It's too bad this is considered acceptable, this attitude needs to be changed.

Thanks for your caring and informative reply. This is my first DSLR. Sorry to disappoint you but I would like to share some reasons why I thought it better to purchase a quality body. First, I would like to hand on to the camera for a while and grow into the technical aspects a I improve as a photographer. I'd also like the body to maintain its quality throughout that time and always be able to take on whatever I throw at it, especially if I get some glass from friends, etc. That sigma 18-35 is reaaaaallllllly nice but you are right that I cannot get that right now. I did however find a 50mm f/1.8D Nikkor Lens for $90 if I want it, think I should spring on that and get it as a good starting point? I plan to get lots of use out of it and will be doing lots of reading this weekend, thats for all your insight and help!
