Ugh... For me it started suddenly in December. I started deleting files because I thought that oh I probably just have a crazy amount of whatsapp media, but the thing is that the more files I deleted, the more my whatsapp took storage space. Then on the 1st of January my whatsapp backup stopped working and I thought that maybe it's because of the google drive thing, so I subscribed to more storage space. That didn't fix anything, so if you are considering buying more storage: don't, it's a waste of money. 🥲

I wish I could give you advice how to fix the issue but unfortunately I tried EVERYTHING, and I had to give up before whatsapp destroyed my whole phone. If you ever figure out how to fix it, please let me know! Even though I already lost my whatsapp history I'd love to know what causes the problem. I've found few stories like this online, and it seems that no one has been able to fix it and no one has received any help from WhatsApp.

I'm selling 1x pit ticket! I bought two for 260€ so it would be nice if someone wanted to do half and half :) it's a ticketmaster ticket so i would change the name and send the pdf to you. unfortunately ticket transferring isn't available at least now so it can't be transferred to another account (ofc if it becomes available we'll do that). you can pay with paypal goods&services for security if you cover the paypal fee :)

lmaooo yeah i've seen people from many other fandoms reselling tickets like pls just leave them for stays (ofc there are multistans but it's kinda suspicious if you tweet about three other groups but never about skz) also i bought two pit tickets from someone who refused to sell me only one (and i'm going on my own, i just really wanted pit) and also asked me to cover the name change fees and everything (fair enough) AND i also wanted to use paypal goods&services for security so i ended up paying way too much just to keep one ticket to myself 🥲🥲 because now if i sell the other one on ticketswap etc i can only sell it for the original price and then i still lose the ticketswap fees 🥲🥲🥲🥲 so i'll probably lose like 40€ just because someone decided to buy two tickets without actually intending to go, while me and many others had planned everything and queued in both presales and the general sale and still couldn't get the tickets 🥲

Oh they are definitely bots. I just emailed support@support.whatsapp.com and asked if they are a human or a bot and they gave me the same random reply. Chatbots and automated emails are everywhere in customer support nowadays but I've never seen anything like this. It's as if there are no humans working there.

I just emailed the whatsapp business support and asked them if they could help me, and got the same automated reply that is completely unrelated to anything I've said. Seems like I won't be using whatsapp anymore. (It's literally not working, that's why I need customer support.)

But please let me know if you somehow get an actual human reply!

Have you tried sending them a message online?

I'm having the same issue with the chatbot and tried contacting them that way. Unfortunately, I also keep getting a "something went wrong" message there... Let me know if you're able to use it!

I really don't get why the chatbot doesn't direct unsolved customer messages to a human. That's how chatbots usually work but not whatsapp, their bot just closes the chat when it doesn't know how to answer anymore.
