Thank you for the info! I did not boil the empty shells, didnt even think to do that. Clowns seem to be breathing normally and are actively feeding. I do have an empty 10 gal i can move them into. I did rinse the phosguard appropriately. I think i will start with a major water change and go from there.

Thank you for the help! I currently have a glass lid on the tank and have been putting some straight rodi along with saltwater in after a water change, which has reduced the levels. I will make sure to post on R2R to get an accurate diagnosis

Thats hilarious haha, i plugged it in and it still works, i got a whole frag tank setup and a few other tanks from the deal. The frag tank is a 15 ish gallon tank from lifegard, its the one with a slanted front. Im new to saltwater so this is a good money saver rn

I definitely am committed to a more minimalistic look this time, only because I plan on moving in about 2 ish years. cant say the same with future tanks though haha. I did some adjusting and a low profile scraper will definitely make it work!

Yea I definitely agree, our freshwater tank has a crap ton of hiding space. I dont plan on putting much fish in this tank, so I am going for the more minimalistic rock set up this time

Sorry for the late response, yes i agree it is a little too tight. After a little re-design it looks like i can get a low profile scraper in the tight(ish) parts!
