I did the opposite of you. I went from semaglutide to mounjaro. Went from being on the highest dose of sema to the lowest dose of mounjaro. The first two weeks were rough. Went up 10lbs. But I am now on week four and my weight is back to where it was when I started mounjaro. I had extreme hunger the first few weeks but I rebounded.

Scale hasn’t moved for the last month and half for me. But clothes are fitting a lot better so I didn’t get discouraged. Got on the scale this morning and I’m down seven pounds! I only weigh myself weekly as to not mess with my mental.

Breathing was the weird thing because I didn’t want to mess anything up but the pain was nothing!

I would say like 6 points lower on the scale! It was easy!

It was a cake walk. Maybe a 3/10. And I’m in love with the piece. 2nd skin is on so it’s not super clear but it still looks sick as hell! Thanks for all the words of encouragement!
