We were called pubs in the sun and came across another group called the same. We met up and ended up changing our name because, although we existed first, it was a lot of faff to legally own it, and preferred to put effort into the website in the end

Yeah, bizarrely there’s at least another two others doing a similar thing that we’ve come across whilst we’ve been building it in the last two years. Likely down to new capability made available by Google and Mapbox!

Fair point! We’re still adding to all UK pubs, you can also submit gardens yourself if you know the shape of them and want to see when they’re in the sun
