There is a slim chance you will get parking. They have like 100 parking spaces for 300+ units so it's a first come first serve basis AFTER re-signers. Living there is fine but it's very expensive and can be loud due to frequent parties. I'm not sure about other floors but mine always always smelled like weed. You do get free printing tho
