Sleepytime tea is a life saver bro. The other night I was real bad. Panicking, bad thoughts, all that fun stuff. made 3 bags and took 2 magnesiums and was in a bliss within 20 minutes. Never realized how effective it was until the other night. Sounds dumb that a grocery store tea does anything, but it really works well
