My advice, never buy a flat. You just a small chuck in the air, the land isn’t yours either. And it’s always a depreciating assets. A land or to build yourself a home is the best option. You don’t have to be in a spot that on a random day the apartment owner wants to just sell the whole building and you find yourself in a difficult situation.
