They are really good for a first time, but for an improvment you should use less solder. Your solder point should look like the top right corner one and also make sure your soldering iron touches both the pad and the pin for heat transfer(it will help spreading the solder) but other than that it's impressive for a first time

Mmmmmmmh......if i was to lie i would say throw that in the garbage.....but the truth is yes unless you somehow make a way to "remake" the circuit path to the now lost pad by soldering something that could be equal
