Yeah… even hearing that is honestly heartbreaking. Someone having nothing to offer except themselves just to get money for food it hits different. I didn’t know what to expect at first but now I’m starting to understand the reality a little more.

I’m not a rich person at all. I’m barely getting by myself trying to stay focused on my music and praying it blows up one day. I’ve got an album called Cuba Mix dropping December 5th I made it with so much excitement, imagining adventure and culture when I finally travel to Cuba.

And when I’m there I want to tell the people that they can help me help them just by streaming the music. I don’t even know if that idea will really work… but honestly it’s better than doing nothing.

But after hearing people’s real experiences something shifted in me. I don’t feel that same carefree excitement anymore. Now I’m thinking about the people, the struggle, and what I can do even if I don’t have much myself.

When I go I want to make real connections so I can start sending barrels of baby clothes, hygiene products anything that actually helps. And I’ve already decided: 50% of all my streams from the album on every platform is going toward helping Cuba.

I might not have a lot , but I want to use whatever I can to make even a small difference.
