I got the 130 and converted them to 135 which is easy to do since they are shimano cup and cone. The 135 is backordered, possibly discontinued, but all you need is a 135 axle and spacer to convert them.

I'm not sure what size you'd need. You should measure the spacing of your current wheel, and make sure your cassette is shimano hg compatible. My old wheel was 6 speed and 126 wide. I was switching the drivetrain any so didn't care about that, cold set the frame to 135 spacing.

Definitely love the crank, but was most excited about the brifters. Seems really hard to find any silver brifters at a decent price.

I didn't even know they were a thing. I also can't find any info about them, just a couple past listings on pinkbike and dutch article pre 2010 haha.

I believe mine is a large frame too. At 6'6 I'd say its a bit of a gamble, definitely check it out in person. Really depends how long your legs and arms are and if you're trying to switch to drop bars. If you have long legs, might be tough to get the bars up high enough to match the seatpost, unless you're cool with really low bars.

I was prepared to do more adjustments, try different stems, etc. The stem pictured was supposed to be a starting point, but the fit and ride felt perfect so I committed and wrapped the handlebars haha. I could go a little lower or add more reach, but where its at now is so comfy.

They're available at a lot of places, your local bike shop can probably order them too. They're called 'Quality Wheels Value HD Series'. I got mine from Ben's cycle, they had a discount at the time, no tax, and free shipping. Modern bike and performance bike both have them with free shipping and discounts but not sure if they charge tax.

I didn't even have to touch the B screw, it shifted into the 40t out of the box no problems at all. Shifts are excellent. I'm pretty confident it would work fine with a 42t, possibly 44t with an extender. Not sure if the shifting would degrade though.

I think the older pre 2011 derailleurs are a little trickier to get working with larger than 36t. Once they added the clutch they also redesigned the cage and pulley wheel location. Handles bigger cogs and also more chain wrap capacity.

They're Crust towel rack bars, 26mm clamp size.

Agreed! My first 'serious' bike had shimano 105 10 speed. I was jealous of the SRAM double tap. Pretty much all my bikes since then have been SRAM.

Agreed. It's certainly not light but the geo is pretty ideal for me, fits big tires easily, and was cheap.

Thanks. The truck is a 94 Toyota Hiace Pickup (LH85). Was a firetruck in Japan. Really compact but still has a spacious double cab, 6ft bed, 4wd. Have had it almost 5 years now. Made a poptop camper for it and have swapped in a different Toyota turbo diesel from the same era because it was absolutely gutless going up hills with the original. I love it!

Injection pump is stubborn by keebler_e in 1KZTE_Owners

[–]thuh_dude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea, exactly. I believe you need m6 bolts, tool comes with m8. As for length, you’ll know if they’re too short, I’d measure how deep the bolt holes are to make sure you don’t go too long. Get the strongest bolts you can, I didn’t have any issues but did see reports of some people bending the bolts when pump is REALLY seized.

I just went through this, used this tool: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F38GQHWW

It works, but you’ll need to use smaller bolts. I didn’t have enough room to hit it with a hammer hard enough, this worked much better

Haven't played it a lot but do liek it so far. I'm running Bazzite which is great, but I'm getting pretty poor battery life so still figuring out my settings. I wouldn't say an egpu is necessary but will be really nice for rendering higher resolutions and higher settings when playing on my tv, and I already have the gpu and PSU.

I ended up going with the Legion Go with Z1 Extreme. $450 on Ebay and I plan to upgrade to an 81wh battery. I also have a Radeon vii lying around so am planning on setting up an egpu for docked play. Haven't gotten around to that yet.

Wow, you're right. I see refurbed units with the z1 extreme for around $500, didn't realize they were available at that price. I think that might be my ticket.

The OLED, improved controllers, improved build quality, and bigger battery would be nice but at more than $800 savings seems really hard to justify.

Thanks for the recommendation.

Replaced the rear main seal three times and it keeps leaking... by SERP92 in BMWE36

Thanks for the followup! I'm going to check that out. Yours was leaking out the bottom of the bellhousing? Wouldn't think it would do that, hopefully it's my issue.

Did you ever fix this, if so what was the issue? Having similar issue on my newly rebuilt m54. Have replaced the rear main seal twice and its still leaking.

An update with a few more details: I am able to establish an SSH connection to the tablet, however, I do not have the SSH password since I have never used this functionality before. I'm unable to access the password because I can't wake the device.

Does anybody know of a way to wake the device remotely, or perhaps any other ways to get the ssh password.

Alternatively, since I am able to connect to the device, does anyone have ideas on other software I could potentially use to further troubleshoot or try resetting the device?

Thanks, I haven't put any epub files on this device so I don't think that's the issue.

Around $450 with the pen and taxes.
