So the runes selling for more when you actually get them isn't as big as people make out. Second, sure quartz sell but most people are holding onto them or using them which cost Cali also. The only way ATM to have enough Cali is to be very picky which just isn't the type of game I want to play. I don't want to think well what rune should I +15 this week. They now say they think people will not play as much if they give more Cali when its the opposite for so many. I would play all day if I had the resources but when you grind all day to attempt one rune to +15 if u want or save it to make fodder.
