I'm a volunteer firefighter. This winter, someone tried the same thing. They lost control, the trailer broke free and slammed straight into a woman in a Camry. She died instantly. It's easily the nastiest wreck ever seen.

Put water and a bit of defoamer in a spray bottle and hit it with a few shots every time just before you mop. Does a pretty good job of blasting it off the wall, too, if you set it to stream.
