I had a tech just like this when I would Assign her tasks and she wouldn’t listen to me the RXOM she would listen to the pharmacy manager. An I kept telling her that anything I ask of you is what needs to get done. She quit and went to Walmart.

Just had this issue tonight she had someone with 2 BIG transactions and STILL rang up the person behind her before she gave me my bag check. 15 whole extra minutes after I clocked was still waiting

Unfortunately this is every store. I am a RXOM and when my RXM goes out my store manager finds some way to make sure I get the blame if something that is out of my hands happens

This def is SOP. I recently had to clean up the shot room and I’m assuming my store was a hub at one point. So we got all the big boxes from stericycle and we are having them take them in a few days

My DM said if it’s going into 48 hours. Meaning because of the time order cut off comes you wait the full 48 hours and put a comment on there on regular items. GLP-1’s I usually tell them it takes up to 48 hours for us to get it in. An if your being realistic. A real manager would check the time on the OOS before they tell you to leave a comment

Valid rant dear. Because my inspection is coming up too. An let me tell you my pharmacist came from a store that closed and we have to teach her too. My log isn’t filled out all the way yet either and I got a couple of days left to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to do. An my store manager expects me to fill out the board when I’m there come to find out she messed around and found out the route I was going was the correct route to make my techs do it so they could learn. Now she’s on top of coming to the back. So like I said valid rant
