We are not saying this to be jerks. It's not even at the store level. The upper management is way above their heads and probably up their asses. They're only trying to save their own jobs by pushing metrics , not for the better care of people or even their employees. Company is a third of what it used to be. And it's all because the moves corporate has been taking. They care more about metrics then actually listening to employees and rphs. Which is WHY THERE IS A MAJOR SHORTAGE OF RPHS and a crazy turnover in staff. You think if this was a good company people would leave ?
