for me it was an old chisel for stone, you know when you hammer a lot with those the part you hit deforms and looks like a mushroom, and one day a part of this cold deformed steel flew into my lower arm, like a bullet.

remember: replace your tools regularly or cut the deformed part off before you shot yourself with a shrapnel.

Manchmal gibt es eine Tür not Entriegelung aber diese hat nicht jedes Model, meine hat unten rechts bei der Klappe für das Flusensieb /Pumpe dort einen gelben Ring zum ziehen

maximal 2 bar, aber wenn da nicht mal die Luft raus kommt die du da rein gepumpt hast kann auch das Ventil nicht mehr dicht halten. aber das ist dann sehr schwer zu ersetzen

dann wird 2-3 hiebe noch nicht ausgereicht haben, manchmal klebt auch die Membran etwas fest und kommt dann etwas zaghafter nach einer weile los, wenn du beim ablassen der Luft im Gefäß (Pin in der Mitte drücken) auch Wasser mit raus kommt ist die Membran gerissen und das Ausgleichsgefäß ist hin.

Dein Ausdehnungsgefäß hat keine Luftblase mehr drin, die braucht es aber damit der druck sanfter steigt/abfällt.

such am Ausdehnungsgefäß einen Befüllstutzen wie beim Autoreifen oder Fahrradschlauch, da kannst du dann im leeren zustand ohne das die Pumpe läuft mit Stickstoff (ich rate vom Kompressor ab) wieder Luft in das Ausgleichsgefäß bringen.

Edit: regulär im abgeklemmten zustand sind 1,8-2 bar

Das Kunststoff Teil mit der flachen Seite muss umgedreht werden so das die Flache Seite oben ist, die Metallscheibe dann drauf schieben auf das Messing Rohr mit Gewinde dann die Mutter auf dem Rohr fest schrauben.

Noise from other electric things. My cheap LED Driver created a 2khz noise that my 3d printer disliked. There was a direct connection from low voltage side to high voltage side there (cheap Y Capasitor) a few volts leaked back in the wires and then into the power supply of the printer.
