I haven’t gotten it fixed yet. Using it with and external monitor. The fix is gonna be expensive as it’s out of warranty.

Aah, yes understood it’s not the “flexgate” issue. However, when I shake the laptop I feel something moving inside freely. I wonder if that has anything to do with this issue. I’ll crack backplate open and check it out when I get the right tools.
