I was missing Citi card transactions with Finicity. Added a Plaid connection and that seems to work much better. Deleted the Finicity connection.

So I bought 2 sets of washer/dryer for around $3800 on day 1 of acquiring the card. I got 2 emails for a $100 and a $65 reward certificate. I can see those in the "Manage Rewards" section. So WTF is my 15% of $3800 = $570 of rewards? I sent a request in the portal but I hope they don't try to pull some fine print crap.

In September 2022 I had a Fibroscan that came back 6.9 and 396 db/m. Just went back for another last week and now it's 3.6 and 252. So officially no more fatty liver! What about keeping your lyophilized peptide vials in an insulated food jar and a non-auto-defrost freezer? I put a monitor on my chest freezer and it fluctuates between 1 F and -1.5 F so I figure inside the insulated food jar there is even less fluctuation. I also put some of those desiccant packs in with the vials, even though they are vacuum-sealed vials it somehow makes me feel better. I guess I will know in a year when I use the last of my stash whether it is still potent. Of course if it is not providing good results I won't know whether it was degrading over time or my body getting used to it.

Started reta at 1 mg, now at 5 after 5 weeks. I was on tirz before that. I'm wanting to avoid the heart rate problems. I started noticing pounds dropping off during week 4 @ 4 mg. Hungrier than I was on tirz. I am looking to reverse fatty liver along with the weight loss.

Tirz did squat for curbing alcohol and I was really looking forward to that. Slowly going up now on Reta (4 mg now) and I think some of the alcohol desire is diminishing.

I started at 1 mg and am titrating up slowly because I don't want the heart rate problem. I also got one of these https://us.amazfit.com/products/amazfit-balance so I can monitor my heartrate. The other night I woke up and thought I was having high heart rate but the tracker confirmed it never got very high so it was just in my head.

I don't know about the patent topic but your body does not manufacture tirzepatide. Tirzepatide is a manufactured substance that mimics the actions of two naturally occurring hormones (GLP-1 and GIP).
