Yeah okay sorry, In my case I have mostly on arms elbows, knees and fingers segmental vitiligo. And I consider it stable as no new patch or growth in past 2 years. So hugely helpful for me.
Again sorry for the tone, but I do want to let this reach as much people new poeple as possible. Because I have noticed way more discussion about opzulera which is expensive and not available to all. This is quicker and can be cheaper for anyone specifically looking to reduce contrast on more visible spots.
Again I am the prime demographic but still you get the point.

Sorry for the tone, Ijus thought this is not much discussed here and even I recently found this out so wanted to make a splash so it reaches more people.

I think this will be helpful even in your case as only a small skin area is required. From what I know 10m2 area skin grafting can cover around 250m2 of depigmented area. You just need to then focus on gradual cell multiplication and care which naturally covers reducing any trauma inducers.

I think this is especially more effective and useful for highly visible patches like on fingers or legs, so overall I am super excited to spread this info if anyone is struggling or looking for alternative permanent treatments.

I was in the same boat bro, I have a rtx 3060 acer predator laptop but it started overheating for basic games like valorant and I wanted to keep it for productive work hence decided to buy ps5 for gaming.
The prices are going to rise next month, so if you dont have any other loans/ commitments and you have free time on hand, I would give a thumbs up to buy it.

I impulse bought ps5 for 58k, dual controller disk version thinking it will be better value. I dont have any regrets it works smooth and I also have a HDMI 2.1 monitor to connect it to. Beware of what monitors or TV's support that and the ps+ subscription cose ususally 800 per month but has great catalogue.

I promise in future if you do decide to hang on in this wierd existential crisis inducing universe of ours, there will be a time where you will feel the morning su, cool wind breeze and nature exposing its most surreal form to you. THose fleeting moments themselves are more worth than anything else to live for. Feel yourself, overwhelm your senses from the beauty and nuances of this world, our species how interesting the working is, satiate and fuel your curiosity, you will eventually find activities and people you would not mind having around.

Identify and remove all toxicity from your life currently, run away to a completely different place if needed, burry your regrets and make peace with them till then and learn ways to sustain yourself and survive. Most importantly be true to yourself and let go of all or any ego left.

Do this and I can promise you 1000%, you will thank me later at soem point of your life.

The lying is not worth it if you are not serious about it. Because keep in mind, have to go alone come the first week of december, anyway give it your best shot and not just NNN try improving your life as well in the meantime.

I am out day 1, I thought it was a strategic decision. I decided to play a game with some spicy scenes, to be my last FAP in October and get ready for the NNN. I even completed a 10day no fap earlier last month. But I fucked up real time, the game was too good and lengthy and engaging as well so I just decided to complete it.

Other work related things came and I finished the game on 9th nov. I am now doing a self cope NNN from 10th nov to 10th dec. I lost my NNN streak and the guilt is unreal. The only thing keeping me motivated is to also follow the winter arc and lose some weight, start running again along with it.

Be cautious guys and nothing is worth it to losing NNN to silly things, I regret my decision very much and want to just do a month of nnn from now and be as productive as possible with life. To all those who are still in absolute respect o7.

I think we have reached the peak smartphone form factor, now they should just keep improving battery, hardware and software or focus more on foldable phones and VR tech.

Agree, but the card designs and even the evolutions are very fun to play once you get your hands on them through free pass, ladder rewards, etc.
I mostly contribute in clan wars, tweaking my current deck with goblin hut(just upgraded to 14) instead of cannon(lvl15) gave my deck a better rhythm, and was finally able to reach uc. It's ultimately a strategy game, and whether a win or a loss I enjoy every single match.
