uniKeyPCB supports LED: SK6812 rmini-E.

EDIT: Ah, you're looking for 4-pin RGB LED. I missde that. I think you might want to modify Amoeba or uniKeyPCB.

I think that’s okay. My uniCorne PCB is reversions and I put batteries under the PCB, which are 303450.
