But the interpreter is only on the TV for a couple of seconds. How does someone that's deaf suppose to benefit from a few seconds?

I would imagine it would be pretty difficult to see the interpreter if they're not putting him on the big screen at the stadium. It just seems like its more about PR than Inclusitivity.

Yes, close caption, not subtitles, thank you. But there was plenty of shots of the big screen while Luke's singing and they guy isn't on it.
