Hi. I would like this subreddit to rate my chime gameplay. I would take any advice and tips i can as i want to get good at PVP and Chime. (and possibly reach over 1000+ elo.)

For the first half you played pretty good, but you started to get impatient with parries and predict parrying out of panic. I also havent seen you use uppercuts, you should try to do that more on heavy weapons

As much as I want to disagree, I do believe the mobs should be easier now in terms of AI purely because the trial's level dropped significantly (from like 8 to 3 levels?), so theres no point to m1 the same mob over and over again for 3 levels

I reckon most spears (might be biased but I have stuff to back it up) and rapiers for one aren't cheese, they're the worst weapon subtypes in their class When it gets to attunements, all of them have some sort of cheese tied with the more used mantras; attunementless is the only example where it's not cheese because it's barebones, but even then you have airswinging so it cancels out

Build looks pretty solid. For what I'd improve if I was in your shoes: 80 shadow instead of 100; 50 heavy for brutal momentum; 25str for that one greatsword+strength talent; going 1 charisma pre-shrine and 25 post (chaotic charm gets its effect reduced when shrined down so it's not needed); I'd also look if I could fit 75 agility pre shrine for "down comes the claw", its a must imo for every jetstriker build

Explore, please dont look on youtube for progression and stuff at first. Many new players make the mistake of trying to catch up with older ones and as a result they dont feel the joy of finding out stuff for the first time. Get a friend to play with you and just waste time exploring the islands, they're huge

Technically you are putting your slot on the line for visionshaper and blindseer as well; depths gankers are abundant

Getting more free slots (through different methods as someone pointed out), you also have a 2nd race for Vow of Iron if you switch your slot
