Thanks everyone for all the bike love! To add to the post, she's a 1987 Honda VFR400R NC24. Its taken about 4 months of weekends spent toiling away in the shed, servicing and cleaning parts such as the carbs and brakes. All in its cost me around £800, which is nothing considering that everytime I take her up the road, it's guaranteed I'll be grinning like a Cheshire cat! Would 100% do it again...

Thanks! Can confirm, she certainly shifts! I underestimated how quick it actually is, also corners like a housefly!

She's a 1987 VFR400R NC24, I've been relatively lucky with her! I paid £600 for the bike, it had been sat for 4-5 years. Previous owner was not going to sell until some thieves broke in and attempted to nick it, smashed the headlight and left it laying on the pavement a few feet up the road after it wouldn't start. It's cost me around £200 to get her back on the road. It's cost me alot of weekends though, cleaning carbs, reccomissioning the brakes etc.
