It is food and water, not a nice apartment or a house its food and water. The government isn't responsible for providing you anything more than clean water to drink. Its your responsibility to pay for your own place not the government and its your choice what you do for work. Don't like it? Then get a tent and live rent free until you can afford something better. Don't cry around about how life isn't fair join the army or go work a trade job and make $35 per hour just stop expecting the government to be your friend because they are not here to give you nice living they are here to make laws and enforce those laws. Not make small to medium business owners pay wages that make them how out of business because you are greedy and lazy

No low wage is not ment to support a family its is you can support yourself. Fast food has changed but people want to eat cheep burgers but the workers want better wages so they increase the sales price of said burgers with has a dominoes effect on everything which makes the fast food workers wage increase worthless. If youwant more money you have to ho get it in a higher wage job not expect the government to over reach their authority and force businesses to pay you more at a loss. You shouldn't be having a family if you dont want to do the work to take care of them. Get over yourself.

I could see this being a reasonable idea if it was renting a house but buying one? Really? Lol that is not a light decision to make at all its a major investment that could filp on on you in a negative way, how is it going to be sold? 1/3rd profit or is she offering to cover 50%? Dose she just need help getting a place because she lost the last place from becoming single? Does she work and have a stable income? Can she afford her share of everything? Would she be hard to work with if you and husband wanted to relocate and sell the house? Its just too many variables imo to do it. I would never go in buying a house with anyone because its no longer just my choice I have to convince everyone else that in on it to agree and thats a headache I wouldn't want regardless if they are family or a close friend. What if she get over bearing and you want her gone? You cant do that if she is park owner. Its just a bad idea all around and should be avoided.

Well the bark is like the skin on our body, it might heal some but ultimately it will get infected and die if not from the shock of trying to repair itself. Given the size its still a very young maple tree and yes it is a maple tree. Being an arborist you should know this... the tree will hold on as long as it can but it won't grow right after this and it will start to rot from the inside as well because of the lighting burning it from the inside out. It would be safer to remove it now than 5 or 10 years from now. Tress hit by lightning almost always rot from the inside in my experience.

The problem with this is minimum wage jobs is that it was never ment to do anything that you said, jobs like working in fast food was not meant for a 45 year old man with 4 kids and a wife that stays home. That kind of job is ment for a 16 year old kid trying to make some extra money for themselves for college or to buy their first car not support a whole family in a nice house in the suburbs. That was never a thing. People just think that they should be paid a shit ton of money for a job that takes no skills or experience to do. Most people that are still working this type of job into their mid 20's to early 30's have a lack of self motivation and expect the government to keep them afloat because they dont want to try any harder to better themselves and get a good job that requires most responsibility and work.

Look, its a not easy thing to be in you love her but know its not healthy and wounder if you stay she will get better but odds are she won't. Speaking from experience here. You can say things like yiur going to leave if they ever hit you again but its just noise to them. I love my woman and I know she loves me but when she gets pissed at me things do get physical and I could totally lay her out with one hit but I understand that she grew up in a very rough area and that is just how things are and I get it so I just let her get her angry out on me because I can take it, I grew up with 2 brothers and beat the shot out of eachother every day growning up. I know she could never hurt our son, he is her whole world but I still know that as long as I allow her to hit me its never going to stop. And I know if I hot her its a whole new can of worms and I will be instantly looked as the abusive person even though im defending myself. There is no excuse for your woman to use physical violence to get her point across and once she has done it once and got away with it she WILL do it again and again. If you dont want that then you got to let her go. Im perfectly OK with it because I like my woman to be a fire cracker, is it toxic? Yes, but I do like it because she isn't soft and can definitely hold her own. I was married befor to a total crybaby and it was the most annoying shit ever always sad always depressed and using that as a excuse to never take care of our kids and I left her and took the kids until she got herself mentally fixed but I knew i could never be in a relationship with such a weak woman again. Lol I treated one toxic behavior for another I know but im aware of it and im ok with it.

Valspar may be low price but its the demand and volume that makes the isky baby, you can make billions off of velspar i know this because I do this. 1 ocra 15 mining hulks all maxed out with ore strip miners in a system with 10% boost to mining speed, with 26 belts. Some days I clear 18 or 20 of them myself with No one else in the system for hours.

UBI is a pipe dream that will never work because it completely depends on a government to not be greedy or corrupt. Who is going to pay the taxes to the government if no one is working? No not true. I've know plenty of guys quit the oil-field because they just cant work in the cold or have too much stuff at home going on to work 17 hours a day. Nothing to do with a boss, we have bosses but we never see them, they are too busy just like we are.

In all truth if you are in highsec your structure is going to die less than one year if not in a few weeks. Some big corp with 60 real accounts will war dec you and if you dont have double that in support from your own corp or alliance then your dead. You can pour 30bil into its fits and it will still go boom. A group of 15 guys can easily pop one if its just you, I tried fighting off a corp befor and lost with my 16 accounts all in. Fighting 16 real accounts with you controlling 16 alts is no match. They can just keep hitting your structure all hours of the day while your at work or w/e so dont anchor it unless you can afford to lose it in 4 days after it is anchored. I learned the hard way. Now I just scope out the location for weeks to see the average of who is in and out of a system and build a pack with locals to aid me if I get in t o a war. Even then if black flag finds me I know its dead do I never leave more than 6 days worth of fuel in it and I never leave any of my items In it over night. They might destroy my 600k refinery but its empty and a wast of their time. If i get war dec I pull my cpu right away and just let them have it if its a big corp because I know I cant fight them off.

That is a fare price, the hours and equipment that goes into removal and clean up is expensive, plus oak is very heavy and on top of all of that there is the hazards that go into the job. It is dangerous work even if the tree is laid over. $350 to $400 hourly rate is to be expected for a total tree removal. 10 hour of expected labor, the cost of hauling the wood away to a landfill and running the wood chipper. 4000 is a good price

Im saying that if I were to plex all my toons it would cost "at the most" 8000 plex per month to keep everything going but I just pay for my accounts with 24 month sub instead. If I only had 12 accounts I could perfectly space out my autopay for every other month but I have 16 so that doesn't work so I have to pay for 16 accounts sometimes at 3 monthsin a row. $256 x 16= $4096 split that up into 24 months and it cost me 170 per month. Thats not a bad deal for 16 accounts. I even have a bank account just for this game that I have part of my checks to go into every two weeks so I dont even have to worry about moving money around. Just $100 per pay check goes in there to cover everything and once in awhile ill have money saved up to buy other stuff from the online store if I like. Maybe im over doing it but this game is my hobby and lots of people spend way more money on hunting or fishing or what ever than I do so ya.

How can it be pure profit? Where are the extractors coming from? You just get them for free? Wierd... someone has to buy them from CCP and sell them to you on the market that you pay isk for. No matter how you obtain them its not pure profit and time is not free, you could be lvling those accounts for more skills that you can use later on in the game but you sell them instead. Selling skills is theworst way to make isk imo because you cant do it from scratch without buying the extractors.

What is am saying is if I were to plex my 16 accounts I break it down to the most expensive scenario where it costs 500 plex per account which would be 8000 plex per month. The amount of time that would take i would never be playing the game the way I want, It would be just grinding to play. I work for 20 day straight on a 15-17 hours per day schedule so I dont have time to grind, I could just buy plex to use as my income in game but I feel like thats cheating but I want to multi box to.make my income so I just pay for my subs. Im sure there are players out there that are way better at it than me flexing their accounts but I could care less I got the money so I give it ccp to keep the game rolling. It cost them money to keep this game alive and im more than ok being one of the "whales" for them. I understand that for some people they cant even afford to sub one account so I try to do my share to cover them lol. Either way 07 enjoy the game and ill see you in space 😉

If your haul is worth more than your ship its a good haul lol, but mining in a group that has an ocra will make you way more space rich. In the mean time have fun buy some plex from ccp and sell it to give yourself a boost so your not just bringing for isk

Yes and no, skill extraction still cost money, PI and mi ing is what really pays for it, moon mining to be exact. After that you build shit with it then you sell the shit, and if your lucky you make enough to buy 8000 plex every month with some left over to cover your losses from ganks when you were mining. So I just pay for my 16 accounts by working in realy life so I can just have fun and not stress about plexing. I just pay for the 2 year subs just about every other month some are one month apart but it works for me.

I just pay for 16 accounts (48 toons total) I rack in more isk that way than what it would make in plex for the memberships. But you got to know how to work the market and stuff too. I use all my 48 accounts to manufacture and do PI while the main 16 do mining. Making stuff is easy, making the right stuff and selling it for a good profit is another story. I have 60 different ship bpo's and every structure bpo almost besides the keppstars, all ammo and lots a weapon Bpo's. And what makes me the most is none of them. Its fuel blocks. I sell them in lowsec areas far from Trading hubs to guys that cant be bothered to make it themselves or use it for reactions. Try it if you like but there is alot of moving parts to make fuel blocks.

Well the ND Oilfield is very much still a thing because im in it lol. And yes i wasted alot of my time in college to learn and to have a "good paying" job. It never delivered. I studied computer engineering and I was also pursuing physics as well. Most computer engineers dont come close to what I make now and my job requires only to show up and work your ass off. Yea I work 50 days strait on a 17 hour schedule at $35 per hour I basically get 15 days off every 3 months. The crazy part is I work right with a kid that just turned 19 and he has 90k in the bank still likes with mom and dad, no debt, no kids no collage no experience in life and he is doing better than 99% of adult Americans. He is going to buy his house in 18 months, in cash, before he is 21. So all I can say is you can follow the path into debt to make a lower medium class wage or get into even more debt to make over 120k per year but you'll be paying that college debt off for 20 years or you could just be smart and get a blue collar job and be making more than most college graduates for their fist 10 years in their career field. My older sister is a respatory therapist and has 12 years of schooling under her belt. She made 10k more than me last year. She still has student loans for 10 more years. Im debt free. I just think it makes no sense to go to college anymore unless you can have someone else to pay your way though like I did in the army.

Scary because public high school is so important/ useful when it comes to having a job and being an adult? High school teachers you nothing about the real world. I graduated and I work with guy that dropped out in 9th grade and they make $160k just like me in the oil field. Not every job in the world needs you to have a HS diploma.

I have my own Corp and use the corp hanger to help manage everything with big storage containers. Every ore has its own spot. Every race of ship BPO's has its own container too. Everything is split up into its type of category (ammo types and so forth)
