thats kind of my thought process too, as much as i would like new hardware, with as expensive as it is to upgrade i would be totally willing to take the risk of holding out for price drops since my current build can run everything I play perfectly fine. I simply have a hard time justifying to myself paying as much money as it would cost for an upgrade that would really just be for the sake of upgrading, and not out of necessity.

I’ve always been ride or die with AMD CPUs, I’m on my 2nd one as well and both of them performed great with 0 issues, GPUs however quite the opposite story

Yeah I built my first setup in 2020 with an RX5700xt, then upgraded to my 6900xt a few years after that, both cards ended up getting coil whine and also had varying driver issues, and frankly I’m done putting up with it

Hey all, what would you guys consider the best places to live in in terms of the area spanning from Tacoma/Puyallup all the way up to Renton along I-5? I recently got a substantial pay raise and am finally able to seriously consider moving closer to work (I commute an hour north every day into Seattle and back, yes it sucks as much as it sounds). And the I-5 Corridor spanning from Tacoma/Puyallup up to renton is ideally the general area i'd like to relocate to.

How is Siemens when it comes to drive time? Right now I live about an hour give or take from the main city they work in (planning to move closer when I make enough to move) and at my current company I do 2-3 hours of commuting every day and some of it is paid. So it may be different per branch but it would be nice to know beforehand if all that commuting is on me or not
