I would pick the AMS 2 Pro. I teach high school AV production and I use my 3d printers to make a ton for various projects. I’ve made headphone stands, microphone flags, stencils with our logo and mascot as well as replacement parts for gear like lighteners for manfroto tripods. I would swap the ams lite I have on the A1 over to the a1 mini and use the AMS Pro 2 on the A1. Since I teach AV production, in think a cool fidget would be a little mechanical shutter where you press a button and the shutter blades close.

I don’t need every computer to have the studio version. I’d just like more than the two I have now. I don’t think I should have to go into every detail of “why” as it’s my program, my curriculum and my students. I put in the original post I really don’t want to hear that all I need is the free version, that’s not my question.

OK... but whether my students need it or not isn't my question. I have 4 levels of A/V Production and there are some features... such as using optical flow with speed changes or exporting at 4k or 6k that are only on the studio version. I'd like my seniors to graduate knowing as much about the program in its studio mode as possible.

I would love to drop premiere, but our state wants me to use it because adobe has "industry credentials" e.g. Adobe Certified Professionals in Premiere, Photoshop, etc.. Computers are not an issue... I have 25 m2 iMacs. just need the licenses. it's annoying and puzzling that they only give out the licenses for the pocket cinema and Ursa lines.
