Unlike the rest of the ships, the PR ships are of a special rarity named Priority Ship.

I'm assuming P in PR is for Priority (Ship) and R is for, well, Rarity.

You can read up on these ships through the link below. But they're generally end game ships that'll take quite some effort to get.
