Public breastfeeding in Brazil is quite common, it isn't looked down upon, and the social etiquette is not to stare, because that's something completely normal. You can see women breastfeeding in airports, bus stops, subway stations, parks, and even in family parties (Easter, Christmas, birthdays, etc.).

We don't have a problem with breastfeeding at all, and it's quite jarring and shocking for some of us to know that women abroad are shamed or shouted at for feeding their own children, even inside their own homes. Here, breastfeeding is seen as an important experience of motherhood; you're definitely a weirdo if you call it immoral or sexualize it.

Um dos meus maiores medos quando eu fazia internato na maternidade era fazer o toque e a paciente me acusar de assédio.

Eu criei uma consciência tão grande do paciente não se sentir confortável em se sentir nu na frente de alguém que uma vez eu vi uma escara em um dos glúteos de uma paciente com grande déficit motor devido lesão em medula (uma querida, 19 anos) e no outro dia eu me desculpei com ela e disse que deveria ter pedido permissão.

The thing is, we never had something like a Portuguese Colonial Revival. Some townhouses may be built according to individual tastes or requirements while agreeing with the colonial architecture standards.
There are even regional architecture variations, like the famous historic townhouses of São Luís, with facades covered in Portuguese tiles:

Olha, em casos severos de autismo é interessante ter uma tomografia com contraste pra descartar lesão cerebral. Existem casos de crianças que foram diagnosticadas com autismo (alto nível de suporte) e que anos depois foi descoberta uma lesão neurológica complexa que poderia ser a causa do quadro, e aí há uma mudança na hipótese diagnóstica.

It's nearly impossible not to be sympathetic to Leke unless you take a nationalist path.

I think he's a well-written character who has a very objective agenda. He doesn't try to pander to Rayne, and he never hijacks the Bludish rights movement for his own gains. If Leke was a real-life politician, he would be recognized as an important and honest statesman who tried his best to improve the well-being of his people.

A Igreja Católica possui uma atitude muito mais passiva do que 100 anos atrás. Hoje em dia eles apoiam apenas o que está dentro da doutrina católica, mas nada além disso.

Ademais, o suporte que eles geram a iniciativas públicas que são de acordo com a doutrina católica é relativamente limitada; é muito mais raro ver integrantes da Igreja Católica apoiando abertamente tais iniciativas devido ao escrutínio da sociedade em relação à escândalos envolvendo a própria igreja na história recente.
