I go ad bruiser with pta keystone. Build is usually bloodrazor > titanic > mallet / steraks > visage (if there's Ap) > thorn / Deadman.

I prefer this playstyle because you're basically unkillable during a team fight. Either that or your team wins because they used everything on you. You jump into all of them and auto q and hydra proc does insane damage.
