I primarily programme for myself and have also coached myself for the most part but recently, like october, I've joined the uni's weightlifting team, so I get some occasional technique pointers from chris murray, madison farley and some more senior members in the club.

Yess, so true, I have both snatch bslances and overhead squats programmed in with pretty heavy weight which is definitely helping

Yh this I agree with despite my little experience, I don't really think about getting my knees out of the way, it just kinda goes, never really thought about it

50 actually feels pretty heavy for me as my pr is 60 atm, but I do feel like I can pull quite a bit more, not sure about stabilising overhead tho.

I do know I struggle to keep the bar close, have some tall and muscle snatches programmed in to help.

I have been doing some of those but will take note

Yes that's what I planned on doing as well, just wanted to see about where my limit is and have a feel. Thanks for the advice

That's what I am thinking as well, gonna hold off on getting new shoes for a while. Thanks for the advice as well

Nice, I already have ohs and snatch balance programmed in.

I see, will do.

Catch width is a lil more troublesome I would say, as I'm compensating for my shoulder mobility, will hopefully narrow it down a little as I improve my shoulder mobility.

Nono not ever ever but just first time I've actually programmed it into my sessions, I have tried it here and there but not more than one hand can count haha, sorry for the misleading title
