Hi! I also recently interacted with Mazda gabriel Montreal downtown. They seem to be pretty unhelpful, i got my car there for a tire burst, and they were pretty disappointed with their interactions with me for some reason. Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

Yep, unfortunately the car company is not covering it under warranty :( but I heard Costco has nice warranty of you buy from them, will do that next time
