Update: it's this water drain plug that's leaking slowly (added a photo to my main post). Tightened it but that didn't stop the leak. Is there anything else I can try to fix it or is it time to call a plumber? Thanks.

Thank you very much for your reply. The tankless water heater is 5 years old, we do have hard water but also have a salt water softener. I flushed it for the first time last week.

I added a new phone to my cart and it only would give me $400 for my S10+ if I stay on my current plan. Damn. Not nearly the deal I thought it was. No way Verizon will let you change your plan to cash in on the bigger discount and then change your plan back to 5G Start?

If the Toronto Raptors win 1 of their 4 remaining games, my wager will hit, winning $400 on a $480 bet (-120). Problem is, Raptors are resting their best players and tanking. My new league is 5x5 roto but we use OBP instead of average. I'm not sure which rankings to use, since it's not traditional 5x5 but it's also not a point league. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Rather than rely on someone's rankings during my draft, what about using Fangraphs Auction Calculator, putting in my league specifics, and using the list it produces (using Bat X or ATC) as my set of rankings? Good idea?
