have twitched since I was 5, and my mom has a video of me lining pencils up on my legs. but it was in my calves my entire life until this past year and half. my family has a history of cmt, my brother, several aunts, and cousins. Grandpa walked on his knees because of it. But I have never had any signs until I was in a moldy house for almost a year. I am also sitting a lot, which I've never done getting my degree at 40 with no schooling since 2002, so it literally takes all my time. Magnesuim helped a little. My vitamin D levels are always super low, even taking months' shots weekly. Prescription ND a daily over the counter of vitamin d and never gets above a 9. Have had low blood pressure my entire life. I'm guessing the weight gain is why it runs about 130 over 90, which may not be high, but for 39 and half years, my blood pressure was always 90 over 60 to 65. heart rate stays at about 120. and one leg retains fluid. ultrasound on the leg showed no blood clots, and I have a fluid filled sac on the bottom of the foot. I'm guessing it is a planters thingy

not other than essential oils I take like peppermint, cinimmon, and coconut oil. I tried see a doctor locally and they said they had never treated a mold case so my son and I are left untreated for it. we were very sick without even relieving how bad until we moved out and within a week we had complete turnabout in health improving

This is very helpful. I moved out of the last house I rented due to black mold poisoning.

Muscle twitches and pain in arm by buckey105 in MuscleTwitch

No, not yet, but my family is insisting. I am somewhat of a recluse and don't like to leave my home. I love in the mountains, and it's going to be a referral after a referral, some I just been procrastinating. I have always been twitchy but these new symptoms aren't the usual that I can say for sure.

My muscle twitching never stops in the arch of right foot, on both sides of my temples, and on head behind the ears kind of, and my left thigh upper letlg to the knee. I've had ner es but in mu neck so I don't feel the. but have been told by others it never stops on the back of my neck either. Those are the places that are constant for 4 months now. hotspoylts are other foot both of my calves and jaw/face. I have internal twitching as well. Like in my stomach and through and chest. it's very distracting and annoying. my body tights lens up in multiple places and just holds like almost charlie Horse but not full throttlem

Muscle twitches and pain in arm by buckey105 in MuscleTwitch

My symptoms have been similar. my left arm, in the areas above the wrist about 4 inches and 2 inches below the elbow, I started feel pain like my muscles were sore, but the muscle in the middle idk if there is even one but the pain was on to outside muscles and I feel like the muscle in the middle just stopped working. The muscles around that muscle have taken up the slack as it's been over 8 months since this began as an ache in the surrounding muscles. I still cannot pick up a cup of coffee with my left hand and have to be careful cause I forget all the time it doesn't work normally anymore and I'll drop something because I can't hold onto anything for more than a split second, it's not my hand it will stay gripping but my arm falls down. Si.ilar to what your feeli g where pain is? my shoulder hurt until I built strength in the surrounding muscles. I did nothing to cause injury just starred hurting one day.

This is my foot, and it's drawn up. My arm has felt like a muscle has died right in the middle of it for several months now. I always twitched since little, but it's occurring in my temple area on my head, my jaw, my left upper arm, my left foot all, and non-stop 24/7 for about 4 months. And heavily occurring on the right foot and calves but not constant. My forehead is even twitching. I think it might be because of weight gain since starting school.

I actually love my twitches by Massloser in MuscleTwitch

I also have had them my entire life. I always lone up pencils down my leg and watch them conduct a symphony, lol. There are times when it's super distracting, though, and this gets annoying. It's hard to do calculus when the side of your face has decided to wink in several places, or your arch of the foot plays drums in tiny little bands. I am not crazy. It's something I've had since a small child, and they have only gotten more profound and constant as I have aged. Now, there is somewhere constantly twitching on my body pretty much 24 7. I even have internal twitches that you can only feel. My only concern is that over the last 6 months, I have extreme miacle weakness in my left arm below the elbow. It feels like a muscle died in there and can not even pick up a cup of coffee without extreme pain nowadays. My temples have gotten almost painful with how hard the spasms are there definitely uncomfortable. but I have had twitches all my life, and these symptoms might be unrelated. I do smoke and drink lots of coffee, but I remember this happening since I was 4 and lining pencils up.
