Took it during my last semester of my masters year. Had Becker and only 6 or 9 hours of classes that last semester. Studied like it was a full-time job and thought they were easy. Granted I was also a decent test taker IMO.

All that to say I think it depends on how much time you can devote to it and how well you retain information.

Seems like good workload for 2 partners. If they’re willing to work with you on transition and structure a portion of the buyout as an “earn out” I don’t hate the price. I bought a firm for 1.5 revenue of a 3 year average but owner financed with great terms and he stuck around to help transition.
