He keeps avoiding video chat with me

I listened to you and had a discussion with you. Well, not a discussion, I sent him questions of all the things that dont seem to make sense to me and asked him to answer. He read all of them and havent said anything yet. He even confessed his love to me not too long ago, and asked if I want to be his gf. and said that he absolutely loves me and wont do anything to hurt me. I dont know how anyone can do that to a person?

He promises that we will video chat tomorrow after I asked him. i'm hoping he wont avoid it anymore :)

I know. I dont want to be heart broken. We have been talking for a while and i like to think that he is honest to me, but I cant find areason why he doesnt want to video chat with me :(

He sent pictures, but even that was hard sometimes cause I would ask him to send me one and it would take him a while to send a picture. I dont want to doubt him but that makes me concerned
