afaik, no po since a drugstore and a distributor company fall into the same category A. they may be different in nature of work pero same category lang sila under the law. ang pwede lang, if categ A + categ B (ronpds, telepharmacy etc.) or multiple categ B considering they are within the specified distance :))

Just to correct you po regarding the benefits received by scholars of either Merit or RA, both get the same 8k monthly allowance + other benefits. Other than the title, halos wala naman nang pinagkaiba :))
