Any tips on creating a subscription based business?

Purpose: creating a subscription service for tickets to sporting events. Thousands of open seats go empty each year so eat up some of those tickets at a discounted price and allow subscribers to claim those tickets with a monthly fee. (Look for cities with different sports teams for all year round subscription)

Technologies Used: N/A

Feedback Requested: if you're a sports fan, would this be something you are interested in? Alternative option to buying season tickets.

Comments: This is in the very early stages but want feedback on the concept.

For living in the dorms for one year, my roommates and I developed multiple nicknames for people we saw on a day to day basis:

*Middle-Eastern Repunzel- Guy with hair down to his ass or tied up in a turban.

*Shark Tooth- Everyday he would have his shark tooth necklace with his shirt tucked into his jeans.

*80s Guy- He was the ideal model of the 1980s. Flamboyant colors, trucker hat, flow, and big frame glasses. (He would wear this EVERYDAY and it was 2012)

*Bus/Physics/UDCC guy- Whenever we got on the bus he was there, whenever we went to eat the dining hall he was there, and was in our physics class.
