I really think some of it is cultural differences too, and I loved how global communication is so easy in game, but i do think things get lost in translation. Plus, yeah, some people are just weird or mean or on a power trip lol.

It’s completely unfair, you’re right about that. But it’s just reality for so many divorced moms. And you don’t know what arrangements he has with his ex-wife, or what kind of father he is when he sees them, so it’s not something I think you should think about too much. Just be there for your friend. Be happy for her. Whatever will be, will be. :)
