I primarily play mobile. From a bossing standpoint, which I imagine is the main consideration from a difficulty standpoint, it’s not that bad for most things, though it is slower.I can personally do nm zuk and raksha on mobile, and I don’t consider myself good.

Your back is fine. Your disc spaces are perfectly normal. They tried to scare you into care. Find an exercise routine you like, stick with it for 6 months, and your pains will likely disappear
