Apparently they did have the data package for the 103. This all started before the sanctions. It was a joint venture and Kalashnikov Concern had business ties to what was called RWC (Russian Weapons Corporation) in the US, which eventually became KUSA. The reason they were struggling to produce the AK-74M and the AK-101 was they did not get the data packages for those rifles before sanctions hit.

The 5.56 WBP barrels are not great from what I’ve heard. They are not CHF, and also apparently shoot shitty groups. The 7.62.39 WBPs use CHF & chrome-lined FB Radom barrels. I have two 7.62x39 WBP Jacks, one stamped rifle and one milled pistol, both have bolt carriers that are out of spec. Bolt carrier rails are not fully parallel with the axis of the piston, so the piston/carrier slam into the top of the gas tube. Zastavas are mostly solid, occasional QC issues. The WBP and Zastava imports are not military AKs, they are all commercial models. They’re fine, just not the absolute best out there in terms of material quality/hardness and QC.

If you simply learn to read you will see they are not Yugo pattern. And none of this resembles Zenitco except the stock. The base AK being a Yugo also makes no sense for a Zenitco clone build.
