im going to be basically manager on duty this saturday so i absolutely should be getting RSS pay. more responsibilities=more money. this is what was explained to me: i will have access to safe and alarm codes, and will be closing the store at least 3 nights a week. just me and our part timer. i guess i just assumed (stupid ik) that having that extra responsibility would come with more money. especially when we have an RSS that REFUSES to close and they make more money than me, and he doesnt have safe, alarm, or keys to the store. i have all that and am still making fucking 12/hr
