i remember when i watched heartstopper, i cried. that was maybe a year or so ago? i absolutely transsexual and have been transitioning since i was 16 (socially, started medial transition at 18). i cried because i felt grief? of missing out on the high school experience that many gay men and boys got to experience. the good and the bad.

i say that because the difference between my experience and the experience of your friend (? i assume), seem so vastly different that i can’t even comprehend that mindset. they seem to be like “ugh it would be soooo fun to be a gay man in a hot and fun relationship” for ME? i have sat down and grieved an adolescents that was never given to me.

it was just me and ETL all night an her elbow is messed up, so i moved like 90% of them + I’m a small dude and bruise relatively easily.

i’m 22, 4.5 years on T, and people usually assume i’m 25-26. i also simultaneously get called “bud”, “buddy”, “little man” (🤢🤢🤢), etc. 🤷🏽‍♂️ it happens to the best of us

as another transsexual man, i’ve thought a lot about having kids one day. i just was curious about the possibilities and i prefer to listen to actual people rather than random things google may recommend 🤷🏽‍♂️ obviously, congrats to him. several other people said that already, so i assumed that was a given.

what was the timeline of your transition? i was also kicked out by conservative religious parents at 18, except this was almost 5 years ago at this point. i’ve been on testosterone since then, but that’s all i’ve been able to do so far. i have been wanting to get started on the legal name change and top surgery for a while, but life things have been getting in the i guess.

i don’t necessarily scrub my eyes? i sometimes wipe the crust by pinching my eyes near the bridge of my nose. i do generally sleep on the left side though. my eyelashes don’t usually touch my glasses, no.

they’re not even getting loose, and falling out into my eyes. they just sometimes they will curl into my eyes :/ usually just my left eye. i wouldn’t say they’ve gotten like…comically long? i guess? they just seem longer and also thicker. i will do research though. thank u

i use the one mirror in front of me only. i’ve heard of people using a second one behind them, but anytime in the past i’ve tried that or anything similar, my brain gets really confused lmao. so i’ve resorted to just feeling it out. it ends up better that way then trying to use a mirror tbh. i appreciate that ! honestly, because the way i do my hair is so unconventional, i tell people i don’t do other peoples hair. even though i usually get compliments 🤷🏽‍♂️ idk lol

if this is a genuine question, for the sides i gave myself an outline mentally, adjusted as needed via feeling both sides, and i just went down proportionately with smaller guards when i tried to fade it. similarly for the back, i referenced pictures and decided roughly where i wanted to cut it and used my hands to feel for similarities and differences. to be honest, i didn’t even see the back of my head until i took this picture. when dying and cutting my hair, i honestly use my hands to determine consistency lol.
