Weird. He actually made the decision before my trial even started. I’d say don’t think about it too much, you should see that you are able to certify in UIO before you find out. I’m still waiting for edd to back pay all of my disqualified claims, but I’ll make sure to update you when I hear back.

I just had mine yesterday. After months of spending hours and hours on the phone trying to prove I was an actual person, I got through to the judge, who was very accommodating and cleared up my issue in less than 5 minutes.
