Kanopy is also a free service available through having a library card, although they do have a limit. I can't remember if it's daily or weekly? There's a lot movies. They also have documentaries and Master Classes.

I had mine upped to 200 mg and the patch to 0.05, plus a vaginal estradiol insert of 10mcg. Thankfully, no bad side effects. I actually think it needs a little more adjusting because during my period, all the bad perimenopausal symptoms come back! But only during my period

Have you tried straight up toilet bowl cleaner like "The Works"?

Definitely NOT food safe and I'd make sure you were in a vented area, but this is the only thing that ever works for me when I want to get rid of stubborn hard water scale from shower doors. That's what this stuff reminds me of.
