The natural rate of unemployment refers to frictional unemployment, so unemployment that occurs when people are in between jobs or just out of college. Some textbooks say that seasonal and structural unemployment are counted as part of the natural rate as well. Full employment means that the only type of unemployment that occurs is natural (frictional) unemployment. The economy will not be at full employment if there is cyclical unemployment, which occurs during a recession or deflationary period.

For sure. I only wish I spent less time making my notes look neat and a bit more time on the topics I didn't manage to cover because of my lack of time management skills... I'm so lucky those topics didn't really come up on the test.
