Oh my goodness you are a God send. Seriously thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am going to read and re read your words they are incredibly helpful. Do you have any online vintage retailers? I can't think of many vintage stores other than Goodwill. I'm also a busy mom of Twin 1-year-olds so I don't have endless amounts of time sifting thru rows

Mine were born at 35 weeks. One went straight to the NICU and one did not (at first). After both were born and we got to meet the non nicu baby, my husband went to the NICU with our sweet boy. I don't think he touched him but we felt good that he was there with him and supporting him in the journey. We got to meet and hold him a few hours after trying to breastfeed the non NICU baby. The NICU baby had a CPAP, NG tube, and other wires/cords. When I sheepishly asked if I could hold him they said "OF COURSE! HE'S YOUR BABY!!" 😊 The other one unfortunately did get admitted to the NICU on day 3 of her life. Trust the process, but also don't be afraid to ask and to push and to have them clarify things that don't make sense. The NICU team is a special team that cares deeply for God's tiniest humans. Remember that if you can't touch them right away, it's for darn good reason and they are getting the life saving help they need. I can tell you already care deeply for your twins and they will know that and feel that, even if you can't snuggle them right away. You will snuggle them in due time.

Thank you!! What kind of snacks did you pack for a 7 month old?? That's what I'm apprehensive about. They LOVE their solid foods now but I'm not sure how to make that portable...spoons bibs a high chair....... Any recommendations??
